Project management in handling tasks related to the execution of HVAC and chiller projects.
Monitor the progress of HVAC and chiller projects to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper resource allocation for HVAC and chiller projects.
Manage project-related documents, such as contracts and change orders, for HVAC and chiller projects.
Handle financial matters related to HVAC and chiller projects, such as accounts payable and invoices.
Assist in resolving issues during the execution of HVAC and chiller projects, including internal & external coordination and communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Prior experience in HVAC and chiller project management is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
EHS licenses is a plus.
What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical -Engineering, or Construction Management, or an associate’s degree with equivalent work-related experience, if you are a member of ASHARE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) would be a plus
Minimum of 10 year of direct project management experience in HVAC and chiller projects. Management experience with mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, fire management, and security management systems is desired.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
