What you will do:

To execute and manage YPS and F&B projects.

How you will do it:

  • Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for design, planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility
  • Assume responsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customers satisfaction
  • To support Engineering in design of complete refrigeration system to meet customer’s requirement
  • Support drafting work with AutoCAD for P&ID/Layout
  • To complete procurement using SAP
  • Execution and management of projects assigned by Project Manager
  • Work with Engineering on technical studies, design preparation of specifications and project testing.
  • Able to negotiate with vendor/subcontractor for project specification and pricing, if required.
  • Plan work schedule for the project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor/sub-contractor.
  • Assist and coordinate in performing regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Coordinates planning, testing, and operating phases to complete project
  • Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner
  • Check and ensure all design/installations conform to project specifications
  • Update projects progress regularly to his supervisor and client
  • System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning, if required.
  • Manage the project procurement and costing in SAP.

What we look for:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in project execution or management.
  • Basic knowledge in thermodynamics and experience in refrigeration or related industry is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCad is a plus.
  • Basic skill for Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint etc).
  • CSCPM certificate
