Key Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:
- CCTV systems (IP & Analog)
- Fire Alarm Detection Systems (Conventional & Addressable)
- Access Control Systems (Door controllers, readers, EM locks)
- Sensormatic / EAS systems (AM/RF antennas, controllers)
- Troubleshooting faults, alarms, communication issues, and device failures.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance as per AMC / CAMC scope.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, and store authorities for site access and work execution.
- Ensure work completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and submit service reports, commissioning checklists, and handover documents.
- Support service escalations and urgent breakdown calls.
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills Required
- Good understanding of:
- Fire Alarm Panels (Notifier / Simplex / Edwards / equivalent)
- CCTV (NVRs, IP Cameras, PoE switches, cabling)
- Access Control panels and readers
- Sensormatic EAS systems installation & troubleshooting
- Knowledge of structured cabling, cable testing, and basic networking.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOQs.
- Hands-on site-level experience (not only supervision).
