What will you do?
Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:
CCTV systems (IP & Analog)
Fire Alarm Detection Systems (Conventional & Addressable)
Access Control Systems (Door controllers, readers, EM locks)
Sensormatic / EAS systems (AM/RF antennas, controllers)
Troubleshooting faults, alarms, communication issues, and device failures.
Preventive and corrective maintenance as per AMC / CAMC scope.
Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, and store authorities for site access and work execution.
Ensure work completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
Prepare and submit service reports, commissioning checklists, and handover documents.
Support service escalations and urgent breakdown calls.
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and customer satisfaction
What we look for?
Good understanding of:
Fire Alarm Panels (Notifier / Simplex / Edwards / equivalent)
CCTV (NVRs, IP Cameras, PoE switches, cabling)
Access Control panels and readers
Sensormatic EAS systems installation & troubleshooting
Knowledge of structured cabling, cable testing, and basic networking.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOQs.
Hands-on site-level experience (not only supervision).
