What will you do?

  • Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of:

    • CCTV systems (IP & Analog)

    • Fire Alarm Detection Systems (Conventional & Addressable)

    • Access Control Systems (Door controllers, readers, EM locks)

    • Sensormatic / EAS systems (AM/RF antennas, controllers)

  • Troubleshooting faults, alarms, communication issues, and device failures.

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance as per AMC / CAMC scope.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, and store authorities for site access and work execution.

  • Ensure work completion as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.

  • Prepare and submit service reports, commissioning checklists, and handover documents.

  • Support service escalations and urgent breakdown calls.

  • Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and customer satisfaction

What we look for?

  • Good understanding of:

    • Fire Alarm Panels (Notifier / Simplex / Edwards / equivalent)

    • CCTV (NVRs, IP Cameras, PoE switches, cabling)

    • Access Control panels and readers

    • Sensormatic EAS systems installation & troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of structured cabling, cable testing, and basic networking.

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, layouts, and BOQs.

  • Hands-on site-level experience (not only supervision).
