Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and management of projects involving IBMS systems, specifically focusing on CCTV, CFS, and ACS implementations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation for the assigned projects.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for installed systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain updated records.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/IT or related field).
- Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) background, with hands-on execution of CCTV, CFS (Critical Facility Systems), ACS (Access Control Systems).
- Good knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and implementation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or facility management projects is preferred.
