Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Own the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on projects of varying contract types, sizes, complexity, and levels of risk.
2. Plan and coordinate activities on multiple projects, with project team, customers and subcontractors.
3. Track project cost, schedule, deliverables, quality and performance objectives and provide timely reports on progress to management.
4. Assist with environmental, health and safety planning, maintaining a safe workplace, safety awareness and training, accident investigations and reporting, and implementing safe and environmentally sound work practices.
5. Ensure project procedure compliance and document control.
6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
7. Understand. Create. Simplify.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
4+ years of experience supporting project work
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including MS Project
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Negative drug test result(s)
Preferred Qualifications
Related Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
Utility, commercial, or industrial contracts experience
Knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with Dataflo or other project management software
