Project scope definition
The Project Engineer will support the sales representative in the opportunity / business development phase.
Ensure that a clear scope has been defined during the business development phase.
Study & design
Define the necessary services and the appropriate equipment including the Assets in collaboration with the Assets team
Prepare specifications and perform RFQs together with Procurement, if applicable
Develop technical proposals, including budgetary and scheduling requirements, to support the creation of commercial offers
Ensure that a complete and clear design basis is established
Perform risk assessments
Obtain validation from Design Authority or uses validated standard designs
Execution & installation
Participate during the offer / contract / Design Basis review
Lead project execution upon budget approval
Obtain needed legal permits
Acquire and obtain required parts and services
Installations will be constructed using internal Air Liquide staff or external contractors
Ensure timely project reviews and project reports to stakeholders (especially sales reps).
Announce and manage change orders if any (deviations from initial scope).
Manage reservation of assets (Vessels, Heaters, Mixers and other invested equipment
Start up & handover
Supervise and executes start-up and commissioning procedures, or assigns these responsibilities to qualified personnel
Complete technical files and hand them over to operations
Initiate project closure
Provide feedback on project’s lessons learned together with all involved stakeholders
Provide necessary information to maintenance teams for implementation maintenance plans on invested equipment
Determine working budget for continuous maintenance purposes
Communicate the completion of investment orders to accounting / investment control to allow proper and timely activation of installed assets
Support during lifetime of the installation
Provide support during the lifetime of the customer installations (risk assessments, changes, compliance assessments, audits, …)
Manage tanks installation modifications exchanges and dismantlings
Report anomalies

Academic or professional Master /bachelor: Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanics, Chemical or equivalent), Mechanical or Electro Mechanical technical degree
Location: Bromma
Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, Danish is nice to have
IT/OT skills: ACAD, Google Tools, Telemetry applications, SAP
Other skills:
Understand of procedures and regulatory for new and existing industrial installations
Strong knowledge of engineering & projects methodologies & maintenance activities
Technical understanding of gas physical and production processes
Strong understanding of Safety procedures
Willingness to travel
Promote and support actions towards Safety, Health and environment protection
Encourage questioning of established ideas and practices and ask why regularly
