Job Description Summary

This Role is part of PDS-Investors Team, and selected candidates will be working on project management consultancy or construction management projects managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

About the Role:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents. The role ensures proper document flow, version control, and compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents.
  • Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving (both physical and digital).
  • Track and control document revisions and versions.
  • Maintain Document Management Systems (DMS) such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, site teams) for document submissions.
  • Handle transmittals, RFIs, drawings, reports, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client documentation procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain document logs and registers.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.

About You:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with document control systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, etc.)
  • Ability to handle large volumes of documents
