What You Will Do

Project Engineer is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Branch Manager for the region. Based in Kuwait, you will be part of a vibrant and expanding team, driving the growth of our Building Management Systems business. In this role, you will support the project management team in designing and executing projects, leveraging your expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. Additionally, you will contribute to pre-sales and estimation efforts, playing a crucial part in our overall success.

How You Will Do It

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee various aspects of project management, including configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and validation of our Control Systems. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for engineering support, troubleshooting, and fault clearance, ensuring outcomes are achieved with accountability, safety, and integrity.

  • Determining task priorities and scheduling measures effectively to optimize project outcomes, while focusing on impactful solutions and removing obstacles for customers.

  • Performing BMS programming to manage HVAC systems, including VFDs, FCUs, and VAVs, through DDC/unitary controllers.

  • Conducting calibration, testing, and commissioning of VAVs and FCUs, and programming chiller and chilled water plant controls.

  • Managing third-party integrations using protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, MSTP, IP, and KNX.

  • Configuring OT and IT networking relevant to BMS systems and developing BMS graphics and server configurations.

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure continuous improvement and embracing diverse perspectives, wining as one team through trust and collaboration.

In this role, you will also use your problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and maintain a proactive approach, ensuring the sustained growth of our installation base and fostering strong relationships with customers built on credibility and trust.

What We Look For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Instrumentation & Controls.

  • At least 3 years of experience managing installation projects for control systems within the GCC region.

  • Proven experience with third-party integration protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, MSTP, KNX).

  • Strong team-oriented attitude and self-motivation with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset.

  • Commitment to delivering technically and financially optimal solutions.
