Within the framework of Air Liquide policies and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project delivery - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction

Main Accountabilities
1. Ensure project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
2. Manage, inform, and lead project team by setting and monitoring performance targets.
3. Guarantee achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts.
4. Create a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team.
5. Support and participate in the bidding phase for elaboration of technical solution, participate in the negotiation of the main contracts.
6. Is responsible for main events capitalization since contract award or letter of intent until project close-out and formal transfer to Customer Services Group.
7. Supervise the activities and works performed by Technology & Process Dept., Procurement Dept., Manufacturing Dept, etc.
8. Oversee the Site Construction activities, by ensuring proper & safe delivery of construction, Commissioning and subcontracting activities - on schedule and at cost.

Differentiating Criteria
Scope: Mainly Engineering & Procurement scope in multi centers
Decision Making / Activity:
- At least 2 projects as Project Manager
- 1 assignment on Site
- At least 1 Risk Board project (or Class 2 project)
