We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects by managing schedules, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will help ensure that project timelines are met, and assist in the coordination of resources and tasks across multiple teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Supporting project managers by maintaining and updating project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely access to records.
Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide status updates, gather information, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Tracking project milestones and deliverables, reporting potential delays or risks to the project manager for resolution.
Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project coordination is acceptable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to supporting successful project execution and delivery.
