Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to help ensure that the overseas security installation projects run smoothly and meet their objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Project Planning and Coordination: Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they are on track.
Logistics Management and Tracking: Ensure all materials are shipped while verifying quantities and specifications.
Shipment and Tracking: Use tracking systems to monitor the location of materials in real-time.
Log Entires: Maintain a log of all materials.
Reporting: Prepare reports on material movement, delivery status, and any issues encountered. Provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
US citizenship
Minimum of a SECRET level clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to comprehend project plans and complex construction related schedules.
Ability to review construction related bill of materials.
Ability to perform data entry into purchase requisition system.
Ability to track and report on the status of material requisitions.
Ability to track and report on the status of shipments.
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to monitor and report on construction project schedules.
Ability to complete required reporting, and project documentation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Security Clearance Requirement:
