We are seeking a replacement Project Coordinator, Operations to join Brookfield Properties in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. This is a frontline position involving administration of project initiatives for the North American commercial office portfolio in the Property Operations Department. The Property Operations team provides strategic oversight for North American Office property operations, emergency management, health & safety, sustainability, engagement, and parking.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support project management activities, including maintaining project documents, schedules, and plans, as well as coordinating and facilitating project meetings
  • Prepare regular project update materials and support green building certifications (e.g., WELL Health‑Safety Rating, BOMA 360)
  • Conduct research for departmental initiatives, new programs, industry trends, and amenities
  • Provide program support for property directories, tenant engagement platforms, sustainability data management, and global best‑practice initiatives
  • Support marketing requests related to sustainability metrics, performance data, and reporting inputs
  • Coordinate regional compliance efforts for Health & Safety, Emergency Management, and Fire Life Safety programs, including tracking quarterly safety metrics
  • Assist with annual policy reviews, tenant handbook updates, and website content revisions
  • Support axiis‑related initiatives and digital media scheduling, including sustainability channel content creation
  • Assist with planning and coordination for the PM & Engineering Summit
  • Design and maintain templates to support data collection across teams, departments, stakeholders, and office assets
  • Coordinate departmental reporting processes, including initiative progress tracking and maintaining operational asset lists and contacts
  • Manage procurement and financial administration tasks, including generating purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling project costs, and preparing chargeback schedules
  • Maintain SharePoint content and ensure data accuracy

Your Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or University Degree preferred; education in Environmental Studies, Real Estate, or Project Management preferred
  • 3–5 years of project coordination or project administration experience; experience in property operations preferred
  • Basic familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT); experience with Photoshop or monday.com preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; professional and service‑driven demeanor
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with senior leaders
  • Strong project management, task coordination, and time‑management capabilities
  • Experience working with sustainability or environmental performance data is preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, including technical troubleshooting across software tools
  • Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and ability to work effectively on a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Type: Non-exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
