Job Description

This position provides end-to-end coordination support for project-based MBP opportunities, partnering closely with Sales and Execution Teams to keep work moving from intake through submittals, order processing, production release, and delivery. This role serves as a central point of communication across internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service) and external partners to ensure requirements are captured correctly, documentation and approvals are complete, project milestones are tracked, and customer commitments are met.

A Brief Overview
This position provides end-to-end coordination support for project-based MBP opportunities, partnering closely with Sales and Execution Teams to keep work moving from intake through submittals, order processing, production release, and delivery. This role serves as a central point of communication across internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service) and external partners to ensure requirements are captured correctly, documentation and approvals are complete, project milestones are tracked, and customer commitments are met.

Responsibilities

  • Project Intake & Coordination

    • Triage new MBP opportunities to confirm required info and feasibility.

    • Review drawings/specs to identify product requirements and applications.

    • Coordinate projects from takeoff through fulfillment as the primary contact.

    • Track milestones, approvals, and inputs to support timely order processing.

    • Enter, update, or cancel sales orders per order-entry procedures.

    • Provide status updates via reports and project meetings, as needed.

    • Support the preparation of proposals, submittals, and other documents.

    • Ensure specs match standard offerings; escalate exceptions and coordinate custom solutions.

    • Communicate engineering constraints, inputs, and approvals to sales/customers.

    • Support order reviews to confirm details match approved documentation before release.

    • Verify orders reflect agreed specifications, configurations, and project requirements.

    • Maintain organized project records (approvals, revisions, and communications).

    • Align project schedules with manufacturing capacity, lead times, and requirements.

  • Issue Tracking & Resolution Support

    • Track and help resolve issues during order processing, production, or installation.

    • Document recurring issues and coordination gaps in Salesforce to support improvements.

    • Monitor deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to address issues.

  • Basic Product Support

    • Provide basic product/technical support, application guidance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Maintain working knowledge of product lines, standard uses, limits, and installation requirements.


Qualifications

  • Associates Related Field required

  • Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis

  • Up to 1 Year Project Coordination or Project Management required

  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
