St Vincent’s is proud to partner with the Australian Government to deliver fast, free digital mental health support through the new Medicare Mental Health Check-In (MMHCI) service, launched nationally from 1 January 2026.

This digital and phone-based service provides rapid access to evidence-based, low-intensity CBT support for people experiencing stress, anxiety or distress — offering early, effective intervention that empowers individuals to improve wellbeing sooner.

A nationwide workforce uplift is now underway, supported by a structured Learning ecosystem and high-performing digital mental health service model. As part of this transformation, we are building a controlled, organised and transparent project delivery ecosystem — powered by digital enablement, clinical collaboration, governance discipline and continuous service improvement.
