Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates project/program management as assigned.
Establishes management schedules, tracks progress, and coordinates operations and workflows.
Evaluates and assesses program work for the pediatric subspecialty including review and analysis of Power BI data/metrics.
Develops tracking of resources and initiatives and may request data to support program work.
Summarizes results with recommendations on making data actionable, to prioritize and support improvement work.
Provides regular updates on division level program progress.
Other duties as assigned.
