Harrods

Project Coordinator

Hammersmith Full time
Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Creative Studio team and play a key role in delivering high-quality content and campaigns across digital and marketing channels.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll manage workflows and coordinate production to ensure timely delivery of assets for a variety of projects. Working closely with internal teams such as Content, Marketing, Partnerships, and Digital Marketing, you’ll help drive smooth execution from planning through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end workflow for projects, including briefing, production, approvals, and delivery.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate teams (design, editorial, copywriting).
  • Support content management processes, including uploading assets to digital systems.
  • Oversee approval processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate regularly with coordinators and escalate risks or issues promptly.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You are highly organised, proactive, and passionate about improving processes to create efficiency and impact. Your ability to prioritise competing tasks, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy building strong relationships across teams and take pride in delivering work with accuracy and attention to detail. With a natural enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous improvement, you bring structure and clarity to complex workflows.

You will need:

  • A keen passion for social media/channels.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in coordinating projects or managing workflows.
