Role Purpose
Individual contributor who supports end-to-end delivery of multiple AI training data projects. Owns in collaboration with the project team, day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure delivery against scope and established processes. Manages end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams that power Generative AI model training and evaluation, ensuring timelines, quality, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end delivery: Plan, launch, and run a project (data collection, labeling, evaluation). Define tasks, assign batches, and monitor progress and blockers.
· Timeline and scope control: Build simple schedules, track dependencies, manage changes within agreed scope, and escalate when scope, time, or cost are at risk.
· Quality management: Apply project guidelines and SOPs; perform spot checks; coordinate feedback loops and rework until standards are met.
· Client communication: Contribute to regular status touchpoints; share updates, risks, and next steps; capture and clarify requirements and guideline questions.
· Resource coordination: Forecast and request rater/annotator capacity; align shifts, handoffs, and training needs with internal teams and vendors.
· Risk and issue management: Maintain risk/issue logs; run basic root-cause checks; execute mitigation plans and document outcomes.
· Project administration: Keep trackers, dashboards, and documentation current (volumes, throughput, quality, incidents). Support PO/time entry and invoice confirmations.
· Process adherence & improvement: Follow SOPs and security/compliance policies; propose small improvements to increase speed, quality, or cost efficiency.
· Tooling: Use standard PM and data tools (spreadsheets, task boards, ticketing, basic BI) and help others follow usage conventions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, or related fields
Experience
1+ years in project/operations delivery or coordination (AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains).
Skills
· Organization and time management across multiple small/medium projects
· Clear client/vendor communication and expectation setting
· Use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI; familiarity with ETL/SQL is a plus
· Consistent application of SOPs, QA checks, and change/risk logs
· Ability to work independently day to day in a remote environment; escalates when needed.
