The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional, multi-project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget, according to defined scope and timeline.
They will help build project pland and schedules, oversight of all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to meet project requirements while fostering strong professional relationships, that include track progress, identify needs, support day-to-day project activities and foster relationships across team.
You will:
- Act as a contributor to project management practices for allocated projects, as led by a Senior Project Manager or discipline Director
- Run small projects from start to finish with less oversight and more problem solving
- Support projects with budgets and teams of all sizes
- Begin to lead small projects likely under $100K and with teams of 5 or fewer, with direction from Senior Project Manager or above
- Observe and learn processes and systems for maintaining project budgets, including Tenrox and Halo, and financial tracking templates.
- Extract financial metrics to support tracking, including remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized
- Learn to identify team needed, properly secure, and staff project at support and projectlevel, with oversight from a Senior Project Manager or above
- Learn the main forms of digital and traditional marketing and how they differ
- Learn the ways technology and media live in projects
- Participate as a champion of project management fundamentals across all assigned projects, across timeline, action logs, change logs, appropriate kick-off and closure processes
- Participate in project retrospective and sunsetting process to take learnings forward within account group
- Participate in sharing and championing of work as led by Senior Project Manager and above.
- Participate in global Project Delivery initiatives and brings forward ideas on how to improve processes and build community within the discipline
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization; able to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Clear and confident communication — written and verbal — able to interface across disciplines and flag risks early
- Comfort using and experimenting with productivity tools (e.g., AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) for tasks such as summarizing content, drafting communications, automating research, or analyzing data.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in evolving environments with shifting priorities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort calling out risks, asking thoughtful questions, and pushing for clarity or alignment
- A curious and growth-oriented mindset, open to learning new disciplines, tools, and ways of working
- Experience or exposure to scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Workfront) and the ability to learn new platforms as needed
- A teachable, coachable, “can-do” attitude and a collaborative team mindset
- Exposure to digital execution environments — supporting digital channels like websites, banners, and social media workflows
- Basic understanding of project management principles and workflows
- Familiarity with different types of technology (apps, platforms, automation, etc.)
- General knowledge of media types (paid, owned, earned; social, video, audio, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Basic presentation and storytelling skills
- Beginner experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, Box)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Tenrox, Halo/Abacus)
