Project Coordinator (CONTRACT) REMOTE

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Coordinator to provide support across project management, coordination, and business analysis activities. This individual will partner with Business Analyst, Project managers and Business stakeholders to drive successful project execution, ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Reports to Director of Workflow Operations.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be coming into the Newark office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and manage action items.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, update status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist in documentation of project charters, procedures, test plans, user application guides, etc…
  • Monitor progress on project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying potential delays.
  • Support Business Analysts in planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting on project milestones and deliverables.
  • Track project justification, ROI and potential cost savings.
  • Support testing initiatives of new and/or updated software changes.
  • Help coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination, project management, or business analyst role.
  • Experience within the Financial service industry

  • Experience with Workflow projects and data integration

  • ​Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

  • Experienced in delivering projects using Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies. 

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with global colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.

  • Comfort around management
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to an agile work environment

Hourly range $30-35/hr  

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
