C.H. Robinson is seeking a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end execution of Direct Store Delivery/Final Mile project rollouts, ensuring timelines are met for critical customer initiatives. You will own communication with carriers and the Commercial Network while managing order entry, load building, system updates, and tracking reports tailored to each project. You will leverage your problem‑solving expertise to streamline processes, resolve technical challenges, and elevate customer satisfaction. In this role you will also juggle multiple accounts, support teammates, and continuously identify innovative solutions that power successful product launches and sustained customer success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

  • As a member of the Consolidation Service Line, the Project Lead supports the Commercial Network by managing the customer's Direct Store Delivery/Final Mile business, with a focus on Project Rollouts

  • Taks include order entry, load building and system updates tailored to a specific project or customer, money allocation, tracking reports and project communication with the Commercial Network

  • Owns carrier communication related to a project and/or specific account

  • Responsible for the overall success of the project - with an emphasis on meeting customer specified timelines (critical to new product launches)

  • Drives the execution of projects from end-to-end

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or accounts concurrently

  • Supports other team members as an additional resource as needed

  • Assists in other areas of the Direct Store Delivery/Final Mile business as required (ex. Non-Merch programs, Replenishment, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Highschool diploma or GED

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 2 years of project-based experience

  • Experience in Transportation and/or Logistics

  • Experience working directly with customers

  • High level of flexibility to work in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills paired with excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multi-task between several issues at once

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customer and internal teams

  • Self-starter with a great desire to learn the C.H. Robinson’s products, internal systems, and industry knowledge

  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and outside of the box

  • Strong attention to detail, an analytical aptitude, and ability to own your initiatives with minimal oversight

Compensation Range

$25.38 - $40.21
