We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Industrial & Logistics Development team in Dallas, TX. This role plays a critical part in keeping development projects on time and on budget through strong organization, financial oversight, and proactive communication.
Support Development and Project Managers with bids, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
Enter and track contracts and change orders within the company project management system.
Assist with budget tracking by reconciling invoices and reviewing soft and hard cost payment applications.
Coordinate vendor requests with Accounting and maintain accurate project records.
Help manage master project timelines and monitor critical milestone dates.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners including architects, contractors, brokers, and vendors.
Identify process improvements and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks.
Assist with special projects and additional assignments as needed.
1–3 years of real estate experience (industrial/logistics experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with Yardi, MRI, and/or Procore preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
