As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities. You will maintain documentation, manage tools, and ensure effective communication across teams to achieve project milestones.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Project Manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports, using best practices and project management tools.
Coordinating project-related activities such as meetings, communications, and stakeholder engagement to keep teams aligned.
Monitoring project progress and performance through the Project Management Tool (currently AHA) to ensure timely and budget-compliant milestones.
Delivering biweekly updates on all project statuses to the Projects Leader (PMO).
Identifying and tracking project risks and issues, escalating as needed, and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet objectives and expectations.
Administering the project management tool by managing projects, roles, permissions, and workflows.
Supporting communication strategies, project initiation, and sustaining PMO processes.
Conducting training sessions for the T&C team on AHA/Clarity and PMO procedures as needed.
Maintaining and improving the Project Management tool.
Supporting PMO in launch and handover activities and liaising with stakeholders to ensure success.
Providing communication support for project launch and handover, collaborating with the communications team to reach affected users.
Assisting in developing competency and training programs and supporting handover phases for sustainability.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience in project coordination or project management support.
Be proficient in project management tools (AHA, Clarity) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Performance Evaluation
Timely completion of daily tasks, reviewed during biweekly status meetings.
Monthly 360° stakeholder reviews.
Quarterly evaluation based on set priorities.
