The Opportunity:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to support project and program management activities while leading technical writing and documentation efforts. You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs), and leverage the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear executive-level communications, and your experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments. You will combine project coordination expertise with strong technical writing, analytical, and process documentation skills to support the client.

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a project or program manager
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
  • Experience developing executive-level briefings and technical deliverables
  • Experience working directly with leadership and technical subject matter experts
  • Experience conducting stakeholder outreach and leading meetings
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent efforts in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Ability to work closely with technical and engineering teams to simplify complex concepts
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience tracking and maintaining project risks, actions and schedules
  • Experience supporting governance models, cyber policy initiatives, or business process improvements
  • Experience analyzing procurement, staffing or financial data
  • Knowledge of 508 compliance standards

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
