Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers on large, complex customer onboarding initiatives.
- Attend project meetings, capture detailed meeting notes, and distribute summaries and action items.
- Maintain and update project logs, trackers, and documentation to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Follow up with cross-functional team members on assigned tasks, deadlines, and open issues.
- Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, and customer-ready materials.
- Support Project Managers in project planning activities, including building schedules, defining deliverables, and identifying dependencies.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, working sessions, and communications.
- Track project tasks and ensure team members understand deadlines and requirements.
- Identify delays, conflicts, or blockers and escalate appropriately.
- Contribute to maintaining project momentum and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help maintain all project documentation in a structured, accessible format.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation standards.
- Help track and document risks, issues, decisions, and change requests and ensure visibility across the project.
- Support project governance processes, including preparing agenda materials and updating logs.
- Serve as a coordination point among internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, production, etc.).
- Gather updates, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Support communication with customers and external partners as needed.
- Manage smaller, low-complexity onboarding projects from kickoff through delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or operations roles (or relevant internship/academic experience).
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Exposure to project-management tools (e.g., MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams at all levels.
Even Better if You Have:
- Experience supporting customer-facing projects or onboarding processes.
- Exposure to project-management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Interest in pursuing project-management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP in the future).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$18,508.33 - $29,791.67 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
