We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Migration Delivery Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone of the Verizon Connect to MyGeotab migration program — ensuring actions are tracked, stakeholders are aligned, reporting is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you love fast-paced, complex program environments and thrive on keeping global teams aligned and moving forward, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
As a Migration Delivery Coordinator, your key area of responsibility will be owning end-to-end operational coordination of the company's largest platform migration, keeping workstreams on track, stakeholders informed, and enterprise customer migrations progressing smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining the program Action Tracker, producing weekly progress reports and dashboards for program leadership, and managing bespoke timelines, overlap periods, and go/no-go criteria for enterprise customers. You will also need to maintain program documentation including RACI charts, process flows, playbooks, and the Migration Wiki, while supporting the creation of enablement materials such as talk tracks and training content. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams spanning Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, Technical, Field Services, and Sales — coordinating seamlessly across global time zones to ensure alignment at every stage.
To be successful in this role you will be a calm, solutions-first communicator who influences outcomes through the quality of your contributions and how you show up in every cross-functional conversation. In addition, the successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the resilience to thrive under pressure, and the discipline to manage multiple concurrent work streams without sacrificing accuracy.
How you'll make an impact:
- Maintain the program Action Tracker, ensuring all items have clear owners, due dates, and status
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams and proactively escalate blockers
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Product, Technical, Field Services and Sales teams
- Schedule and facilitate meetings across global time zones; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions to completion
- Ensure stakeholders have the information they need ahead of key decisions and checkpoints
- Produce weekly progress reports and dashboards for program leadership, flagging deviations from plan with context and recommended actions
- Maintain program documentation including RACI, process flows, playbooks, and the Migration Wiki
- Support the creation of enablement materials including talk tracks and training content
- Own end-to-end coordination of enterprise customer migrations, managing bespoke timelines, overlap periods, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain individual migration plans for enterprise customers with clear milestones, dependencies, and go/no-go criteria
What you'll bring to this role:
- Experience in project management, operations coordination, program support, or delivery coordination roles working across multiple teams and regions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging across diverse cultures, languages, and regions.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and collaboration tools
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously across global time zones.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and shifting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence and lead through change as an individual contributor — shaping outcomes through the quality of your contributions and how you show up in cross-functional conversations.
If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
