Project & CI Specialist

Position Objective
The purpose of this role is to support strategic initiatives by coordinating project activities and contributing to automation and solution‑implementation efforts. The person in this position will work closely with cross‑functional teams, supporting data analysis, process documentation, and optimization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support end‑to‑end process documentation and mapping.
  • Help identify inefficiencies, rework, and standardization opportunities.
  • Assist in Lean initiatives and structured problem‑solving activities.
  • Collect, track, and maintain performance metrics.

2. Project Coordination and Execution Support

  • Support initiatives through action tracking, milestone follow‑up, and deliverable management.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and basic risk and issue logs.

Required Qualifications

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.

2. Languages

  • Fluent English (required), both spoken and written.

3. Work Experience

1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, and/or continuous improvement.

4. Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Lean methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement practices.
  • Fundamental project management knowledge.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including information analysis, systems thinking, and data collection/compilation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations in English and communicate confidently in public speaking settings.
