Why this job is important

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving finance transformation across our organisation. You’ll lead initiatives that streamline financial processes, enhance governance, and improve the accuracy and efficiency of our reporting and analysis. By implementing best practices and leveraging automation, you’ll help us deliver robust financial services that support business growth and resilience. Your expertise will enable us to optimise resource allocation, strengthen compliance, and foster collaboration between finance and other business functions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and performance metrics
  • Manage vendor and contract relationships, ensuring compliance and collaboration
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
  • Plan and deliver complex projects and programmes within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams across global locations, engaging stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership

The skills & experience needed as Project and Service Manager

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in service management and project delivery, ideally in a global environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Excellent communication and change management abilities
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
