Project Analyst, Procurement (Night Shift)
Job Description Summary
Procurement Analyst (Project Analyst) supports day-to-day project execution by partnering closely with the Project Manager to keep plans, data, and deliverables organized, accurate, and on time. This role owns project tracking, documentation, and analysis so stakeholders have clear visibility into status, risks, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and overall project trackers
- Prepare weekly status updates (progress, upcoming milestones, risks/blockers, decisions needed)
- Capture meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action items; follow up with owners to drive closure
- Support project governance routines (cadence, templates, documentation standards, stakeholder communications)
- Build basic analysis to support project decisions (e.g., progress vs plan, volume trends, exceptions, backlog)
- Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to support on-time delivery of project deliverables
- Maintain a clean repository of project artifacts (requirements, process maps, test plans, training materials, rollout comms)
- Support change management execution by tracking communications, training, and rollout readiness tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting projects in an analyst or coordinator capacity
- Experience in procurement operations, shared services, or related business processes
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships across departments/divisions
- Experience supporting process rollouts
