As a Project Analyst, you’ll build strong relationships, deliver high-quality work on time, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. You’ll communicate clearly, stay organized, and bring a positive, results-driven attitude to every project.
Who you'll work with
The Project Analyst will report to the Manager, Special Projects, Training & Coaching.
What you'll do
Ensure successful execution of tasks and responsibilities assigned while on specific projects.
Maintain a good background knowledge and understanding of project objectives
Perform a variety or responsible tasks based on good background knowledge of relevant legislation rules and policies
Explain concepts and procedures to individuals with less experience
Work under the direction of Project Senior to complete duties as assigned
Set priorities of specific project tasks
Check for conformity with preset standards while assessing a variety of documents or information and authorizing adjustments within those limits
Other duties as assigned
What you'll need
Good background knowledge of pertinent legislation, regulations and OTPP policies.
Ability to evaluate information, to check for conformity with preset standards, and to authorize a solution within those limits.
Very good English language skills, both oral and written.
Ability to organize daily work, flexibility, good adaptability to changes, and capability to complete work within set time limits are a must.
Ability to review work of others.
Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
