The Project Operations Analyst I (POA I) supports the assigned department or functional team with guidance on assigned projects and tasks. The POA I develops skills by working closely with other members of the project team, client, clinical/scientific teams, and/or internal and external clients and vendors as needed for successful project execution
What You'll Do:
Responsible for performing assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, SOPs and performance metric standards.
Selects and manages suppliers and other project resources for assigned tasks with guidance and team oversight.
Identifies risks with assigned tasks and effectively executes strategies to minimize those risks.
Supports project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps and corrective/ preventative action.
Understands and owns portions of the project scope. Identifies scope creep on assigned tasks.
Supports accurate tracking and regular upkeep of financial data on assigned tasks and projects.
Communicates efficiently and effectively within/outside of project team and communicates regularly with senior project team members about project tasks.
Approve vendor invoices.
Review TMF for inspection readiness and file/submit review checklist to appropriate section of TMF.
Perform eTMF QC/QR activities.
Support with recruitment forecast set up and maintenance.
Enter the Key Milestone dates into PM Study Milestone Tracker.
Support PMs/Sr POA in developing communication plan, recruitment/retention plan, project specific training plan and project specific training tracker/matrix.
Assist the PM in ensuring ICON applications are uploaded with necessary project information (OMR & other ICON systems).
Support with the resolution of all Operational Data Quality Application (ODQA) queries related to their assigned Data Quality Categories.
Support PM with Manual Traffic light Report (TLR) - SDV standard + add on to the SDV (Traffic light).
Ensure periodic review of operations data logic, quality, and delivery risks with PM.
Clean-up and close the project in relevant ICON systems.
Ensure timely completion of CAPA for any deviations/issues identified in the projects assigned and ensure reported issues are addressed timely.
Such other duties and tasks as are allocated at reasonable discretion of the Company.

Proactive, hands on and problem solver
Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills
Process - driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skill
Dedicated team player
Experience in managing multiple, varied task simultaneously and independently
Analytical and data detective mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
