What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor project timelines, KPIs, and quality metrics to ensure project performance stays on track.
Identify risks early and recommend effective solutions or escalation pathways.
Support regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to Clario processes and documentation standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate study strategy into actionable, operational plans.
Provide clear, proactive communication that supports project decisions and stakeholder alignment.
Analyze project data and help develop cost‑conscious, goal‑aligned project plans.
Participate in special projects, providing insights that enhance operational effectiveness.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or regulatory QA/QC within pharma or healthcare.
Hands‑on experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Based in or able to work from Bangalore, India (remote/hybrid/on‑site depending on team needs).
