The Project Administrator I is responsible for working in a team environment to help develop custom products which include custom colors, weights, and patterns. This position is primary point of contact for the account managers concerning custom products. The Project Administrator communicates the status and pricing for these products to the account manager and advise if a custom product is right for their particular project.
This role requires a minimum of 4 days a week in the Cartersville, GA office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Process Custom Sample Requests.
Develop custom product using requirements to meet customer’s needs and previous knowledge.
Communicates with customer when needed.
Request samples via SFDC, MDM, and NSP Project.
Order yarns for samples to be produced.
Communicate with Pilot Plant as needed to discuss any sample spec changes that need to be made.
Prior to shipping samples, verify finished sample meets request specifications and customer requirements.
Assist with shipping custom samples as needed.
Process custom pricing.
Provide information to various departments concerning custom product details.
When required coordinate any sample processes that are conducted in another facility.
Responsible for questions concerning the competitor’s products as needed.
Work with account managers to create a product that meets pricing goals.
Answer any questions from account managers or internal associates on custom products (flexibility, weights, color, widths, or any up-charged involved).

Assist other departments and sales groups in projects as needed.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
