Job Description

As a Project Administrator, you will support the end‑to‑end management of Safety, Networks, and Migration service projects across Latin America, from order intake through project closure. You will act as a key liaison between Proposal, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care teams, ensuring accurate SAP project setup, financial compliance, and timely invoicing. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders across countries and functions to ensure projects are executed in line with Rockwell Automation controls and financial processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage order intake and project setup by reviewing customer orders and contracts for compliance, coordinating with the Proposal Team, following OME procedures, and creating and maintaining project structures in SAP.
  • Monitor project execution by tracking costs, schedules, backlog accuracy, milestones, intercompany labor, purchase requisitions, and material delivery logistics, escalating deviations when necessary.
  • Support invoicing and revenue recognition by tracking milestone completion, validating documentation, updating SAP, coordinating with Billing Administration, and notifying Credit & Collections.
  • Ensure proper project closure and reporting by validating margins, collecting closure documentation, supporting order, backlog, shipment, and forecast reporting, and highlighting risks to revenue recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with Rockwell Automation policies, documentation standards, financial controls, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with projects or providing administrative support in technical environments.
  • SAP ERP experience.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience supporting Safety, Networks, Migration, or service‑based projects.
  • Experience working within complex, multi‑country project environments involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
