The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and project support across one or multiple construction projects. This is a dynamic role that supports both the corporate office and active job sites, offering hands-on exposure to construction operations. This position is ideal for a highly organized, communicative individual with construction knowledge who is eager to grow into a more advanced project-focused role, such as Project Engineer.
Manage construction submittals and assist with document control
Organize and maintain subcontractor project documentation, including:
Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
Site orientations
Quality control sign-offs
Attend project meetings; record, distribute, and track meeting minutes and action items
Record, compile, and generate project reports
Assist with administrative tasks within the corporate office as needed
Support the Site Superintendent with project-related tasks, including:
Labor coordination
Schedule coordination
Quality control support
Photo documentation of job site progress
Travel to and be onsite for Utah-based projects as required
This role is expected to evolve over time into a more Project Engineer–focused position, assisting with RFI management, submittal reviews, plan reviews, and closeout documentation.
Prior construction knowledge and/or experience required
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
Ability and willingness to learn construction management software, including:
Procore
Oracle Primavera Cloud
Bluebeam
OpenSpace
Strong organizational skills with clear and professional communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with onsite construction personnel and help hold teams accountable to contractual obligations
Flexible and adaptable mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving role
Willingness to take on additional tasks with short notice and support multiple projects
