  • Design and deliver training for People Services, People Admin, and Payroll teams on project-related changes, enabling them to handle employee queries effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and frameworks aligned with project objectives.
  • Manage the Virgin Media O2 People Intranet (SharePoint) end-to-end, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant for all employees.
  • Coordinate and deliver intranet content audits to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee all Employee Services BAU communications, partnering with Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging across the business.
  • Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics to track and support project administration activities.

We tend to look for people with:

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a project delivery environment (e.g., business readiness or PMO).
  • Background in communications or content management.
  • Previous experience in HR functions.
  • Familiarity with project administration roles.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary.
  • 25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more.
