Join a fast-growing team building the future of clean energy. As a Project Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the installation of utility-scale solar and wind sites. This role involves providing administrative support to the site team, assisting with onboarding and training programs.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
Provide administrative and clerical support to field personnel and act as a liaison between corporate office and job sites
Promptly answer the phone, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, enter time into Heavy Jobs, order office supplies, set up and oversee FedEx/UPS shipments
Assist Field Supervision and corporate staff in collecting data on rental equipment, licensing for on-road vehicles, tracking “idling time” of equipment
Keys timecards and enters employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software daily
Assists site supervision with completing and submitting employee documents & ensures employee orientation packets, training programs, and employee handbooks are in supply
TOOLS FOR THE JOB
One year experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass a background check, drug and alcohol screen
Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)
WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT

Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks under pressure

Pay Range: $18.00- $26.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
