ProgressBible Relationship Managers are the main point of contact for ProgressBible users and partners. They support onboarding, engagement, and strategic use of ProgressBible tools and data. Ensures partners receive guidance, training, and appropriate support for maximizing impact. Candidate must be able to work weekday mornings in U.S. Central Time.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Relationship Manager for ProgressBible partners, ensuring tailored and consistent engagement.
Lead partner onboarding by coordinating initial meetings, agreements, and tool access.
Collaborate with the Data Onboarding Specialist to ensure data integration.
Track partner status and needs using CRM tools and internal progress trackers.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess partner goals, data usage, and support needs.
Provide training on ProgressBible tools and advocate for best practices in data use.
Collaborate with the PB Business Analyst to manage dashboard user accounts and monitor adoption.
Contribute to strategic planning by identifying common partner needs and opportunities for improvement.
Manage the ProgressBible inbox
Participate in the ProgressBible Relationship Management team and coordinate with PB leadership and technical teams.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to create compelling content and interact effectively with partners and clients.
Organization: Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Data Management: Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, social media platforms, Google Suite, and Zoom.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills for building relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
Client Engagement: Experience assessing client needs and effectively onboarding new partners.
Coaching: Previous experience providing training and guidance to partners is a plus.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and changing tasks.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing challenges quickly and efficiently.
Logistics Coordination: Proven ability to organize meetings and handle travel arrangements effectively.
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in communications, data management, or partner relations.
Experience with client engagement, coaching, or training is preferred.
Previous experience working virtually in a collaborative, remote team environment is highly desirable.
Experience working cross-culturally is a plus.
Nonprofit sector experience is desirable but not required.
