Job Description Summary
Provides expert project management experience to designated projects and assignments through personal interaction with clients and internal and external project management staff, manages and coordinates the execution of the various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services.

Responsibilities
- Chairs and schedules meetings, prepares agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
- Prepares and coordinates project reports and studies for clients, project team, and management at all project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases
- Assists in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project Integrates the impact of other Project Management and Cushman & Wakefield components, including brokerage, building operations, mechanical, etc as they relate to each project and project phase
- Reviews and approves requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project
- Participates in marketing services to clients

- Reports to immediate supervisor major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations
- Clears through channels organizational changes contemplated, actions planned implying commitments, and expenditures in excess of approved budget
- Establishes goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised o Selects subordinates with approval of appropriate supervisors; delegates to each necessary authority and responsibility for performance of assigned functions
- Implements government laws and regulations and adheres to established rulings of government authorities
- Carries out responsibilities in a professional, courteous manner at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 8-10 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role or 10 years equivalent combination of experience in an advisory and/or engineering supervisory capacity
- Exceptional client relations, client management, and consultation skills
- Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background and project responsibility experience
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Software competency: Microsoft Project and Excel
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions
- The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines
- Regularly required to walk, talk, and hear

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 204,000.00 - $240,000.00
