Description:
We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with hands-on experience leading sophisticated programs and initiatives. This position is excellent for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about promoting processes and functions within the organization. This individual will partner with stakeholders, business leads and cross-functional teams to plan and implement product specific, and corporate wide initiatives to successful completion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the leadership team, product marketing managers and line of business leads, support the vision, values, methods, and metrics for the program management team.
  • Lead regular prioritization sessions to ensure leadership is aligned and then prioritize according to what has been approved.
  • Identify and call out resourcing gaps with functional leaders
  • Provide and coordinate content for monthly and quarterly operational reviews.
  • Orchestrate and lead major launches on behalf of the organization.
  • Identify, develop and roll out new processes internally in coordination with the team.
  • Where applicable, identify new tools to automate or streamline processes.


Required Skills:
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal/presentation/written) skills.
  • 5-10 years of Project Management/Program Management required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, in how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution to our prospects and customers.
  • Validated experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Strong understanding of PM tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Wrike
