What you will be doing
An exciting opportunity has arisen within OrpheusWorks to become a Programme Lead in a fast growing environment within Rolls-Royce. In this role as Programme Lead you be responsible for enabling delivery through Agile ways of working and programme management fundamentals working across functions and Programmes managing stakeholders at different levels. The role provides many development opportunities across Demonstrator Programmes, Campaigns and the Portfolio.
Responsibilities
Within this role as a Programme Lead in the Orpheus Works Portfolio you will be working within an Agile environment and responsible for:
Facilitating programme delivery through effective Agile rituals and governance
Responsible for ensuring the programme is delivered in an efficient and sustainable manner with clear communication of priorities
Accountable for clear visibility of progress, risks and delivery (schedule and financial) to both internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining and providing critical information necessary to make management decisions
Developing and implementing Project Management best practice as applicable
Continuously collaborate across the Portfolio for adaptability and engagement

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade 7-10
