Job Summary: This position is located in the Human Resources Management Division (HRMD), Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-12, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 4B which is generally equal to GS-12.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: To qualify for Pay Band 4B applicants must meet the following: Qualifying experience for Pay Band 4B includes one year of specialized experience (comparable to the Pay Band 4C or GS-11 or equivalent non-federal experience), which is directly related to the work of this position, and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. For this position, examples of specialized experience are: performing administrative activities involved with supporting and coordinating finance, budget, procurement, contract, purchasing and related operational and business needs; providing guidance on administrative, benefits, entitlements and logistical issues; developing and maintaining tracking and reporting systems and budgets; and serving as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Project Manager (PM) on contracts and actions. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application. Time-in-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements apply. Applicants must have one year of Federal service equivalent to pay band 4C or GS-11 to be eligible for pay band 4B.
