We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Operations Specialist to support an Oregon-based non-residential EV program. If you are interested in getting involved in EV infrastructure, our team might have the perfect position for you!

Program and Operations support staff will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. The Program Operations Specialist will support program management with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting needs, as well as assisting process payments and assisting customers with program offerings. The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. While this role is primarily internally facing, there will be components of client interaction and management.

The position is remote, but Oregon residents are strongly preferred.

  • 3-5+ years of Industry experience
  • Experience using technology-based reporting solutions and streamlining processes
  • Attention to detail and dedicated interest in accuracy and sound methodologies
  • Impeccable record meeting deadlines and proactively managing workload

  • A desire to collaboratively identify problems and the motivation to independently offer solutions

You’re a great fit if you can…

  • Work closely with Operations Manager to summarize, analyze and document program metrics, budget variances, historical variations, forward-looking trends, headwinds, over-arching themes and other relevant factors.
  • Update and maintain reports and tools designed to support the program’s ability to forecast, understand budget needs, and provide detailed reporting on a variety of program offerings.
  • Provide data analysis support during annual budget process; including supportive reasoning, ad-hoc analysis, contribute to written deliverables and respond quickly to client inquiries.
  • Complete timely monthly client reporting, including detailed forecast analysis and formal written report.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests internally and from client; setting up appropriate documentation practices and reconciliations to back up work.
  • Maintain the highest standard in client service and satisfaction through a positive, collaborative approach that includes quick response times and clear professional communication.

Target Salary

$65,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$52,000.00 - $74,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
