As a Program Operations Manager on our Revenue Operations team, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the scalability of our go-to-market functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute cross-functional projects that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate operational bottlenecks by leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable GTM processes, tools, and workflows in partnership with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Business Applications.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track critical KPIs, ensuring alignment and visibility across stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise; recommend and implement long-term, system-level solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in program management, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach — someone who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and consistently drives work beyond the expected.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora).
  • Experience in Finance Operations or exposure to financial processes is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Experience designing or implementing major process changes in Salesforce (flows, validation, integrations).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and complex analysis.
