Your New Role and Responsibilities  

The Program Operations Coordinator will provide day-to-day coordination, administrative, and Operations support services across a large program. 

This role you will be the operational backbone behind key program activities; ensuring information is accurate, processes are followed, and improvements are always at the front of mind.  Some of the key job responsibilities will be:

  • Drive Process improvement initiatives to strengthen program efficiency  

  • Provide support, including meeting coordination, agendas and minutes  

  • Manage compliance activities, ensuring documentation and processes meet requirements  

  • Coordinate Program Change Control, tracking actions, approvals and updates  

  • Support Program Reporting, data calls, helping maintain clear and accurate status information for internal stakeholders  

  • Maintain Program data within our resource management tool, ensuring information stays up to date  

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact  

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. 

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with reporting or workflow tools. 

  • Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities  

  • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently to manage and prioritise multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision to achieve outcomes. 

  • Able to provide coverage and continuity for Program Operations Lead as required.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold a Baseline or greater security clearance.
