Responsibilities & Qualifications

Set the Vision and Strategy
Collaborate with the senior levels of management, marketing, training, communications, Field leaders and legal/compliance teams to:

  • Ensure that Zoom is integrated into our organization.
  • Define how best to describe the benefits of using Zoom, the time saved by using a centralized enterprise tool, and improved metrics to drive improved communications and activities with Clients and Representatives by using Zoom.
  • Act as an ongoing champion for Zoom both internally and with the Field and actively promote new features and functionality available through Primerica's Zoom program.
  • Lead cross functional teams in delivering maximum value from our Zoom relationship.
  • Serve as our liaison to Zoom Corporate.
  • Fully implement and maximize the benefit of our contract with Zoom.
  • Be our primary interface with the Field on Zoom communications and addressing their technical issues.

Manage the Program Teams' Workload

  • Lead and guide all stakeholders and contributing parties who have a connection to Zoom.
  • Engage with the talent needed to make Zoom successful.
  • Provide guidance to ensure Zoom works with our other tools.
  • Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and demos for senior level internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, operations, legal & compliance, etc.), vendor partners (product and service providers, systems integrators, interactive agencies, development partners, etc.), as well as senior Field leaders to help define what collaboration will be necessary to work through the Zoom road map. In addition to strong technical skills, this position must be able to function well in high performing, agile, integrated product teams and have proven communication skills.

Know the Business and Technology Need

  • Assess process and system use and be laser focused on KPIs to track progress and manage changes quickly relative to Zoom. • Identify opportunities for improvement. Defining what "better" looks like is a central responsibility. This requires a strong understanding of technology and user-experience issues in order to make the right tradeoffs in deciding on the product features to develop that encourage repeated use and overcome the barriers that deter Reps from realizing value from Zoom.

  • Coordinate Zoom-related activities.
