Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or public health or psychology-related degree, plus four (4) years of experience in project/program management required.
Valid Driver’s license, ability to use personal vehicle, and submit for mileage reimbursement.
Two or more years working in a behavioral health or health-related setting preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experienced in organizing special events, conferences, and trainings.
Skilled at setting priorities and maintaining organization.
Ability to delegate and follow up on delegation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in building positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of applicable computer tracking systems and databases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates, schedules, and monitors activities of program leadership to ensure timely execution of program goals according to pre-established milestones.
Directs and ensures adherence by team members to the utilization of designated project management software.
Manages and assists in the development and facilitation of meetings among team members and with key stakeholders.
Implements and manages designated program activities as needed.
Oversees efforts to document progress on the Pathways to Wellness.
Identifies and troubleshoots problems in an effective and timely manner.
Maintains program-related databases as appropriate (e.g., referral networks).
Develops, circulates, and revises progress reports for funders and other stakeholders.
Provides monthly reports to program leaders regarding outreach and other key program activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
