As a Program Manager, Client Solution Center, you will play a critical role in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the end-to-end member experience. This role blends portfolio management, program management, and change management, with a strong focus on prioritization, execution excellence, and the coordinated delivery of change across teams.
The Client Solution Center (CSC) supports individuals as they transition through key stages of their lives. The team helps members while they are enrolled in their employer’s plan and continues to support them as they retire or leave their employer, ensuring continuity of coverage, savings, and service. CSC focuses on delivering a supportive, multi-channel experience that helps members make informed decisions and feel confident managing their benefits and financial solutions at critical life moments.
In this role, you will maintain a holistic roadmap of initiatives impacting our team of approximately 150 Financial Services Consultants. You will ensure changes are introduced in a coordinated, well‑sequenced manner, with appropriate cadence, change management strategies, and clear communications that enable teams to absorb change while continuing to deliver a strong member experience.
This role reports to the Director, Business Processes, Technology and Innovation and works closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and partners across operations, technology, and business functions.
What will you do?
Program & Portfolio Leadership
Own the end‑to‑end oversight of a portfolio of interdependent initiatives, ensuring work is prioritized, sequenced, and aligned to strategic objectives, capacity, and business outcomes
Lead initiative intake and prioritization, enabling effective trade‑off decisions
Maintain an integrated portfolio view, including roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and key milestones
Provide clear, executive‑ready visibility into portfolio health, delivery progress, and key decision points to enable timely leadership action
Change Management & Readiness
Own and maintain a consolidated change roadmap for initiatives impacting approximately 150 financial services consultants
Ensure changes are appropriately paced and sequenced to manage change saturation and support frontline readiness
Coordinate change management strategies and communication approaches across teams to enable adoption and sustained outcomes
Cross‑Functional Execution
Lead the coordinated planning and delivery of large, cross‑functional programs spanning multiple teams and workstreams
Act as the primary connector across operations, technology, and business partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and impacts
Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints that could impact outcomes or frontline experience
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Essential Qualifications
Proven experience managing initiative portfolios and complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and influence without direct authority
Experience developing and maintaining roadmaps and coordinating initiatives with significant frontline or operational impact
Experience supporting or leading change management activities across multiple teams
Comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, inclusive working style
As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Familiarity with project, portfolio, or change management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, Wrike, or similar platforms)
Experience working with large frontline, client-facing, or advisory teams
Background in financial services, customer service operations, or a regulated environment
Exposure to agile ways of working
