The Program Manager for Rapid Growth Initiatives (RGIs) plays a critical role in supporting the company’s growth lifecycle – from ideation to concept validation, through to development and launch. Reporting to the VP Finance – Strategic Growth, this role ensures that RGIs are clearly defined, financially grounded, operationally feasible, and executed with discipline.

This role partners directly with cross functional leaders – particularly across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success – to translate strategic opportunities into structured plans, drive cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and ROI. This role is central to ensuring that growth initiatives move from concept to execution with rigor, speed, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership of Rapid Growth Initiatives (RGIs)

  • Own the planning, execution, and governance a portfolio of RGIs, ensuring each initiative is aligned to growth objectives and value-creation targets

  • Translate RGI goals into actionable program plans with milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Ensure RGIs are sequenced and prioritized to maximize impact while minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with functional leaders to define scope, success criteria, and resource needs for each RGI

  • Facilitate alignment across teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure decisions are made quickly and transparently

  • Drive accountability across the organization without relying on positional authority

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that track RGI progress, risks, and financial impact

  • Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership and private-equity stakeholders

  • Ensure RGIs deliver measurable outcomes such as ARR growth, improved retention, margin expansion, or operational efficiency

Operational Excellence & Change Management

  • Introduce and reinforce program management best practices, tools, and processes to support RGI execution

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure teams adopt new processes, systems, and behaviors required for RGI success

  • Identify bottlenecks early and drive solutions to keep RGIs on track

Execution in a Fast-Paced Environment

  • Operate with urgency and clarity in a high-velocity, investor-driven environment where RGIs are central to the value-creation thesis

  • Support value-creation planning and value-realization efforts

  • Partner with Strategic Growth Leaders across the organization to advance initiatives from concept through execution

Required Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years of experience in program management, transformation, PMO, or operations roles within SaaS or technology companies

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios, interpret KPIs, and connect operational work to financial outcomes

  • Exceptional communication skills—able to synthesize complexity for executives and drive clarity for teams

  • Experience in fast-growth, PE-backed, or similarly high-velocity environments

  • Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading growth-focused initiatives such as pricing & packaging, GTM optimization, customer journey redesign, product roadmap acceleration, or operational scalability

  • Exposure to value-creation planning or integration work in M&A contexts

  • Certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum) are helpful but not required

Success Profile – Key qualities and attributes

  • Operates like an internal consultant—structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented

  • Thrives in ambiguity and brings order to complex, cross-functional work

  • Builds trust quickly with executives and frontline teams

  • Anticipates risks early and drives proactive mitigation

  • Connects the dots between strategy, execution, and financial impact

  • Moves the organization faster and with more discipline than it would move on its own

  • Treats RGIs as a portfolio—balancing urgency, sequencing, and resource constraints to    maximize enterprise impact
