Program Manager

USA - PA - Oaks Full time

The Private Banking and Wealth Management team is seeking a Program Manager.

As a Program Manager on the team, you will be responsible for coordinating between multiple SEI Data Delivery projects to ensure they benefit each other and align with overall business goals. You will have experience in a multi-site environment. This position requires an experienced, adaptable individual who possesses a combination of business, management, and technical leadership skills.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, progress, and challenges.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and organizational goals.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure that project deliveries meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and regulations.

  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede the progress of the project.

  • Implement and maintain effective tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor project performance.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.

  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure project outcomes meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.

  • Responsible for the planning and oversight of all activities necessary for the transition

  • Develop action plans based on review findings to improve future projects.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or business administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project and program management in Wealth Management, Investment Management Systems Integrations, Data Migration

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

  • Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience in a medium to large scale enterprise

  • Ability to communicate effectively amongst IT technical teams, IT leadership, and Business stakeholders.

  • Experience using the Change Management module like ServiceNow.

  • Experience with both agile and fixed-price project management methodologies.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Prior experience working in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Software Development.

  • Strong on process but able to make sensible adaptations where needed.

  • Strong Vendor Management skills

  • Strong Stakeholder management skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
